Excellent workout!

This program contains 3 DVDs.

DVD 1: Booty Basics, Bum Bum, Bum Bum Rapido and Bum Bum Live.

Booty Basics teaches you most moves in slower pace, preparing you for all other workouts. it really does help to follow Leandro's pace later on it you take your time to review Booty basics before you start.

Bum Bum is Leandro Carvalho's signature workout concentrating on working the butt, consists of squats, lunges, one of his signature moves called ipanema walk etc. It is pretty tough, it took me couple of trials untill i could finish that one. 30 minutes

Bum Bum rapido is a shorter version of Bum Bum - 10 minutes. Contains a lot of leg lifts, squats, some jumps. it is a really good workout and it's short so it's good for beginners. i started it 6 weeks after giving birth and love it because I was very out of shape but was still able to complete it and I did feel the difference right away.

DVD 2: Sculpt, High & Tight

Sculpt is a 45 minutes workout using weights, working upper body, core, legs and back

High & Tight is about 35 minutes long and is my favorite workout using bands. it consists of 3 parts: standing workout using bands, floor work using bands, and floor work using ankle weight. it mostly works out leggs and butt. After this omne you can really feel qabove mentioned areas burning. I loved the bands!

DVD 3: Cardio Axe, tummy tuck

Cardio Axe - 45 minute cardio dance workout. So far i haven't tried it

Tummy Tuck - concentrates on abs. To be honest I've seen better workouts for the abs and I'd recommend P90x Ab ripper x instead. Much more effective

I have been using one of the programs from [...] and so far I've been using it for a little over a week but I already see my legs getting more definition. I just had a baby and pregnancy really took a toll on my body and I am very excited to see an improvement!

I have read other reviews saying that Leandro is hard to follow but I did not have any difficulty following after the second time i used the DVDs. Also it helped that I reviewed Booty Basics in the very beginning.

Good workout! Difficult for those out of shape, but I feel I will need somethine more later. Meaning that it will get easy quickly. Most workouts are about an hour long, because you are to use two different workout on most days.
I have started to see some changes in my rear after only working out about 5 times.

Great workout that really makes your body change!

I have just finished my first week of the Pear Solution cycle, and I am loving it. I was really jealous of the lean and toned bodies other people got from this workout. Plus, I was nearing a size 10 when I used to be size 6.

So far, my booty seems to be "rearranging" itself slowly, but steadily. I lost half an inch off my hips being already at normal BMI, and it's only been one week. However, the workouts were not easy, and they are definitely not for people who are really out of shape. I liked all the sections. They are mostly fast paced and you will need to be patient and not expect to be able to move like the girls in the videos right away. I had to pace myself and take 10 second breaks when I was feeling dizzy in order to go through the cardio parts, but believe me, it's absolutely worth it! Leandro is a very engaging trainer and he's not annoying at all (unless you just hate working out, lol).

I think if you are unhappy with your booty, you should try it. However, if you don't eat right, you won't get the results. You simply have to eat as much organic food as you can get. I also wouldn't rely on crazy shakes or diet supplements, but that's your choice. I think that eating fresh food, little sugar, lots of whole grains (carbs, yes!) and low fat diary products is far more healthy.

Also, you *will* sabotage your results if you:
- Drink lots of alcohol
- Smoke
- Drink sodas or reward yourself with chocolate bars after each workout
- Hit Starbucks too hard (caffeine washes calcium out of your bones)
- Eat more than you use up. I followed the Urban Skinny book to figure out my energy needs and portion sizes. I highly recommend it.

One more thing - do not follow the suggested Supermodel Slim Down plan, please! It will undermine your long term success. Whoever thought that eating only a 1000 cal a week is enough for a training woman must be nuts. At my height and weights I need about 1500 cal just to stay alive at rest, let alone work and exercise. You will lose a lot of water and then quickly regain it all in fat through binging, so be careful with it. Best results are slow and steady results.

Good luck! I'll try and keep you posted with my progress.

UPDATE 09/01/2010
I am one workout away from finishing week 2, and I've passed the pencil test, yay! So far I've lost about an inch off my hips and half an inch off my thighs, although I managed to overeat twice (stress). No idea what my weight is (I don't own a scale), but my skinny pants that used to be tight now slide off my butt. Also, I ended up ditching the good ol' breakfast-lunch-dinner pattern and started eating a little every three hours. That solved my energy issues.

GREAT workout, some questionable moves...

Don't get me wrong, this system is a great workout. I definitely felt the burn! However, some of the moves may be a little too advanced for some who are not familiar with yoga or pilates. Some of the moves are not eased into enough so that you don't throw your back out! For example, there is a backbend at the end of the Tummy Tuck DVD that could be dangerous for some who are not as limber. Overall, this is a high intensity workout (even the basics's DVD) that could potentially transform your rear end. Also, you must somewhat practice some of the workouts before you can jump into the whole routine. I say this because the workouts are pretty fast paced and you could be hastily doing some of the movements just to keep up...and this is how you get hurt.

OMG IT really works

Anyone, ANYONE trying to loose weight, OR gain weight, or simply looking for an awesome work out session should invest in these DVD's. It really works. My goal was to gain muscle (or some) since I am a skinny girl, and my metabolism is 'uber' high. After only 2 weeks of excercises, proper eating and lots of determination, I gained 2 lbs. and increased my thigh size approx 3 cm. I couldn't be happier! BEST invesment I have done in a while! It's a good DVD, and doesn't overwhelm you like a lot of others. Good exercises for beginners. She is very chatty, and sometimes her voice is just plain creepy. But she does keep you motivated.

I love Denise Austin's videos, I have her pilatese video as well! Her video has a great deal of arm strengthening exercises, which is good, however I personally was looking for even MORE abdominal exercises than were presented in the video. In general this video is a great workout especially when used in combination with some serious cardio. I believe that anyone can see results with this video, but a healthy diet and cardio are definitely required. Unlike Jillian's videos where you get a total kick in the butt after one workout.

I love this workout DVD for toning, and accomplishes what you need to tone up those trouble zones! I have never really experienced working with the stability ball, but this DVD has me hooked! I just love Denise- she is motivating and very genuine. I think her videos are the best and because she switches up the exercises so frequently- you are like- wow am I done already? And then I feel so motivated, I do another segment, video or take a walk. So in addition to finding her DVDs very user friendly (especially trying to get back into shape), it really has helped motivate me for weight loss and exercise beyond the time using the DVD. One word to the naysayers- if you don't like her personality- why did you buy the DVD? She has been doing this 20+ years and she is who she is and I love her for it!

I got this video a long time ago and loved it. However it has been changed since the original copy was made. One of my favorite squat exercises was removed. Gives a good overall body workout and shows results if you keep up on it. I have always loved this video. I lost my first copy and had to buy it again

Good toning video

This is a good toning and strength training DVD if you already have a cardio DVD. It is good alternate this DVD with a fat-burning DVD. You will need two hand weights and a stability ball for this DVD. Stability ball really makes the workouts more effective. After using this DVD for several days, I realize how out of shape my abs are. I have no problems with the upperbody and lowerbody workouts, but the ab workout really kills me.

Good Additional Exercises to Another Routine

I really enjoy this video to use in addition to another routine. Of course, for a total transformation of your legs and butt, you will need a decent amount of cardio in addition to the exercises on this DVD. However, I found these exercises to build muscle. In addition, there are a few exercises that I've never seen before, so I appreciated that.

I have never used a Denise Austin video before. Although her voice is ridiculously creepy throughout each segment, she does give good instruction. Plus, if you get sick of her chipper "Oooh Kay!"s, you can always do the video with just the picture and music.

I received my kettlebell and after looking at the package, I noticed that it had already been opened. Upon further review, it looked that it had been used extensively and then returned to the seller. It is not worth the expense sending it back, but I would think twice before ordering one at full price if you are expecting a new one!!!

Quickly becoming a fan of kettlebells

This was my first kettlebell, and as such I went pretty light. This 10 lb. weight is a good starter, to help you get familiar with how kettlebells work and what you can do with them. Though interestingly, I've found that certain moves are actually easier to perform with a heavier weight (e.g., it's easier to keep the bell from hitting your forearm during a Clean with a heavier bell because the center of mass is different).

Anyway, the GoFit kettlebells are well-made. The rubber coating adds a tiny bit to the comfort, but mostly helps keep the bell from scratching/gouging other items The handle is pretty comfortable, though this small kettlebell is rather hard to use for two-handed swings unless you have really tiny hands. But then again, it's pretty light for that purpose anyway, so it's not a major detriment.

I was very happy to receive my kettlebell exactly on the date it was suppose to arrive. The reason I ordered it on line was because the price was excellent for the kettlebell AND workout DVD. The disappointing thing is that the DVD did not play. It was visibly scratched AND the website on the package to contact in case of a problem was not an accurate webpage. I could have gone down the street to purchase my kettlebell for the same price and not have to wait for it. ;(

Great Form-Factor & Comfortable to Hold

The GoFit kettlebells work well for those with smaller hands. I can easily wrap my fingers around the handle for a secure hold (I held another 'name-brand' kettlebell and could barely wrap my hand around the handle.) The handle is also wide enough to easily hold with 2 hands. And the vinyl is nice for obvious reasons: non-marring and quiet (plus the color coding). After buying one and being impressed with the quality, I have since purchased 2 more sizes.

Great Workout

I really enjoy using the kettlebell. I do prefer this brand because the handle is wide enough to accommodate both hands while doing the double-handed swing. It's a quality weight, and not one of those plastic shaped bells filled with sand. I've lost a whole dress size exercising with this weight (over 6 months, exercising between 5-6 days a week for 45-minutes, coupled with more conscientious eating). It provides a quick convenient way to workout without taking up too much room. I do my exercises while watching TV or first thing in the morning while listening to the radio. I appreciate that it provides both a resistance and cardiovascular workout at the same time. I find that it's more effective for me than running, although I continue to run because I live on the beach.

I'm officially a fan of the kettlebell, but it may not be for everyone. If you find routine and indoor exercise demoralizing, I recommend running or tennis or something more social. If you have no problem just breaking out the weights while watching Fringe every Thursday, then I think this will add a lot to your workout repertoire. I would google kettlebell exercises online if you buy one of these weights. A lot of people will post up their workouts on their blogs, and youtube and google video have plenty of demonstrations of how to do these exercises. I still throw in weekly yoga lessons and alternate with pilates moves to supplement the kettlebell workout. Avoid this if you have knee problems. The kettlebell moves are based on squats. For women like me, I recommend working with a lighter bell and doing more reps faster to lean down rather than bulk up. I am 5'2", 120 lbs, and I find the 15-pound bell perfect for me. Any heavier and I would probably have a hard time controlling the bell as I do my moves. Be careful with your form on the kettlebell snatches. If you don't have good form, you end up with bruises on your wrists. Then everyone will ask you if your boyfriend is abusing you . . .

I have 2 sets of GoFit kettlebells that I purchased locally and I have found them to be of excellent quality. The presentation, balance, handle, plastic protective covering are all top notch!

BTW - just because some reviewers here commented that the kb they bought is "too heavy" that has no reflection on the quality of these kb's - besides a dedicated KB trainee will want to have several sizes, eventually. That being said, training with kb's can be very deceptive - it looks easy but it definitely takes a toll and will enduce "pleasant" muscle soreness if utilized properly - so, go with a lighter kb rather than a heavier one, if you are not sure.

Also, in response to reviews such as "what can go wrong - its just a ball of iron...." - you will definitely know what can go wrong when you purchase a kb of lesser quality, i.e., rough handles, poor finish, improper balance, etc.

Also, if you need a dvd or program book there are now literally multitudes to choose from as everyone and his uncle has now written a book about kettlebells. I received a nice DVD of Sarah Lurie (OMG! - check out the body on that woman!)with my purchase that is both very instructional and good for beginners.

I have 4 other brands of KB's in my little gym - including the "famous evil Russian" and trust me, these GoFit are my favorites of the lot. I absolutely love the color coding - just a nice touch of class to a great product.

15lb too heavy for a starting weight!

Product is fine, no problems with it. I only take away one star because it's pricy, and because of the recommendation by GoFit that fit women begin with a 15-lb. weight. Maybe that's okay for a few repetitions, but it's far too heavy for the kettlebell classes you might find on the Internet or on DVD. I think 10 lbs. would be about the maximum for a starting weight, and I've seen some exercise programs recommend 6 or 4. Before you buy a kettlebell, be sure you can (fairly easily) lift that weight up above your head (with arms straight) and that you can reasonably lift that weight with one arm (during the course of a kettlebell class you'll end up doing those at different times). Try it with some dumbbells or something to know for sure. I'm an active and fit female with many years of aerobics experience and a few with PowerFlex (lightweight barbell) classes. I haven't done enough strength training lately, but even when I was doing PowerFlex twice a week, I would have had a hard time starting a new type of strength training with something so heavy. Kettlebells seem like a really interesting type of exercise, but you'll need a few of different weights. So it's a pricy undertaking, be prepared.

Works great for my iPhone!

I use this when I do my 1.5 acre yard. With good in-ear earbuds the sound is great, and I don't have to worry about a cord being ripped out of my iPhone and damaging it. I can also put the iPhone in a sealed ziploc bag so it's completely safe from rain, perspiration, or accidents with the water hose. Accessory Genie great to do business with too. Previous good service has made me a repeat customer.

The trick when pairing this device is to turn it on, then continue to hold down the power button (a clear piece of plastic) until it begins flashing both red and blue.

Aside from that, there's not much to it. The quality is OK and you can add your own headphones if you have any you would like to use.

For those who have problems with the skip forwad and skip back buttons: That is an Ipod/Iphone issue. Apple disabled the forward and back skip functions on their devices. Send apple a comment asking them to enable forward and back buttons for bluetooth devices please because I want to be able to use that functionality too.

As far as devices other than Ipod/Iphone I haven't tried forward/back so...

I needed a receiver to connect bluetooth audio to my home stereo. There are several products specifically made for home stereo use, and all of them cost too much for me ($40-$150). This product is just what I was looking for. It works while the battery is charging so I can leave it plugged in and connected to my stereo. I currently use it only to play music fom my Ipod until I get a bluetoth adapter for my laptop. It works great so far no problems.

Great litlle item

This product exceeded my expectations. I have a Moto Droid which I listen to music on frequently but the headphone jack has become loose so I wanted to replace with a bluetooth device. I wanted to find something generic that would work with any headphones because I have not found many bluetooth headphones I like. I have several wired varieties I like and just wanted to make them bluetooth. Device works great for that. This alone would have made me happy but I hoped for (and got) play/pause/forward/backward/vol up/vol down controls as well as a decent built-in mic so I can receive calls with it. Clip spring is a little weak so you have to make sure you clip it to something secure. Overall functionality is great and I would recommend it to anyone. The construction is light plastic so I figure it will probably break soon, but for $25 I'll just buy another one.

The rewind/skip feature does not work but I still love being able to use any earbuds. And it has a loop so that I can attach a lanyard or such to it - cheap feature but hugely important to not losing my small gadgets! If only the rewind/skip button worked... If only the blue 'on' light didn't flash so brightly... Still like it, though.

I buy a lot of stuff from amazon and this has to be the worst product I have ever received. The concept is great. The implementation misses the mark. Every time I turn the headphones on I have pair them with my iphone4. Inside a car I can listen to podcast but the sound quality is poor for music. Unless I yell and speak slowly people on the other end of a phone call can not understand me. The headset is basically unusable as a phone headset. The headset does not work well outside. I wanted to be able to put my phone in a waterproof pouch on my waist and run but the connection is lost from that 1 meter distance. There is no real manual and no web site or technical support. Amazon should raise their standards and ban schlock like this

Not what I expected

Though I am not an audiophile, sound quality is a top priority. I use these headsets for riding the train, taking cruises and working around the house. I have been using bluetooth headsets since they created them for the 3rd generation Ipod (logitech). I wanted a set to use strictly with my new Ipod touch, so I ordered these. I love the design and the fit; earbuds and I do not get along. However, I was really disappointed with the sound. No dynamic range, no bass at all even after I adjusted my EQ settings on my Ipod. The music sounded like an AM radio station from back in the day. I don't expect the same quality from bluetooth as I do from wired headphones, but even the logitech headphones I purchased years ago had better quality sound. Frankly in my opinion the earbuds that came with the Ipod has better sound. Hopefully they can improve the sound on these things, the design is great. Regretfully I am here again looking for another set. By the way I giving this set to my wife, she's tone deaf she won't care (just kidding).

Perfect for Active Runners: Lightweight & Comfortable

I am currently serving in Iraq and received the Run Wallet about 4 months ago and was waiting to see how it held up to my "abuse" in this environment before writing a review. I am extremely impressed. I run an average of about 20 miles a week and this wallet has been through the paces with me. The size was perfect as I don't want or need a lot of items while running. It is big enough to hold my ID card visibly (required for where I am at) and my keys with some money. I didn't use it for my iPod as I have a shuffle that I attached to the strap and wound the earbud cord around the flap. It was very comfortable and the material kept my money dry and is very easy to clean. After 4 months the velcro is still going strong and holds my items securely. I have used other armband wallets in the past and have found this one to be above the best. Sometimes I forget that I am even wearing it. I would highly recommend it.

I like and put my four keys inside , put in my arms and running , Is small for cell phones (mobile phone)and good for Ipod nano (normal nano not tiny). The belt is strech . My rate is 4 in 5.

I love the versatility of ways to wear this. It has a lanyard, arm/ankle strap (which is very secure due to the full velcro), it can also be worn on a belt or as a shoe wallet. The arm band even fit around my fat arms, and was very comfortable, so that is a huge +, because I wasn't expecting it to fit. Easily holds 1-2 keys, drivers license, a few bucks and my sansa clip+ mp3 player. Wish it was big enough for a cell phone, but I have a separate clip for that, so no biggie.

It looks really small and I wasn't sure that my license would fit in it at first, but to my surprise it easily did.

Good things in a small package

I got the RunWallet in May and am very impressed with it's durable construction, versatility and ample storage. The clear window holds my driver license,credit card and zoo membership card. In the inside pocket on one side it easily holds three more credit cards and the other pocket holds cash (it has to be folded in fourths to slide in.) The velcro is very strong and holds it shut very well.
I like all of the carrying options and find it is currently my favorite wallet. I couldn't be happier with the RunWallet.

This arm band was alot cheaper than the Belkin but really not worth it. It was nice and comfortable except the velcro keeps ripping off. I had to hot glue it back many times but it came off again and again. So I stopped taking my ipod out of the sleeve, then the velcro on the strap itself ripped off. I got fed up and threw it away.

Completely Useless

I never thought I'd feel jobbed about something that cost $2. But I do. The band is constructed of 2 pieces held together by spit and Hope. It peeled apart in less than a week, so I had to sew the top together. I'd return it, but the postage is more than it's worth.

Don't buy this

Don't buy this case. I needed to replace an armband case I had purchased from Apple and worn out. I use the armband when I workout. This case is not waterproof (ok nothing is but this isn't close). The design has large openings. In contrast the case I purchased from Apple years ago was relatively enclosed and waterproof. I would not feel comfortable running in a light rain shower with this armband case from Griffin. In contrast I ran (ok jogged) in the rain with the Apple case without worry. To top it all off, the construction of this case by Griffin is poor. The stitching was uneven and not well done.

If you don't need to worry about using the armband outside it is probably worth the very low price. If you plan to use it outdoors in all weather don't buy it. I will be looking for something better.

Decent product

Decent product, somewhat crappily made. At least does the job you need it to do, which is more than I can say for a lot of armbands out there. For $5 its acceptable.

This product is very comfortable to wear, and is good if you need to have an armband that offers protection without feeling like your wearing combat gear. However, along those lines the clear plastic portion of the armband does seem kinda cheap and I am not sure how this product will hold up for the long haul...also, the clear plastic does make it difficult sometimes to scroll through music and change volume (not enough to complain about, but just enough to make mention of). Overall, I am happy with this product.

Nice armband

Needed an armband for my Ipod Video so I can listen while I ride my mountain bike. This works nice. Only thing that would improve it is some velcro. Kinda hard to tighten it when it is around your arm. Some velcro there would be a great improvement. It holds nice and I can use the Ipod while it is still in this case. Just need to take it out to charge.

I bought this armband and the very first time I used it, the Velcro piece fell off. I was able to secure it again using other adhesives.

I guess that is what you get for $4.

You Get What You Pay For.

I got this item back in October. Its comfortable. The strap is long
enough to fit larger than normal arms, and navigating through the
ipod was easy. This armband is great for those who workout occasionally.
Or for people who's arms are normal size / thinner.

Because I run and lift weights regularly, the armband wore out much
faster than it should have. It lasted 6 months before it tore apart completely.

So, I would recommend The TuneBelt armband w/extender which will
run you $15 and is much more durable.

I love this lightweight Ipod Nano armband. It is the cheapest of the available products I saw, and at the same time the most useful. The Velcro concerned me in the description, but it seems to me like it was the best idea. It holds well and because it is Velcro, it also is very easy to take off or take out the Ipod. Great price, a little lightweight

I like these pants, and the price was great. The fit isn't as awful as other reviews made it seem. I did order it a size smaller, which was fine but now I'm afraid to put them in the dryer. They are pretty lightweight, though, which is fine if that's what you need. I also ordered the New York Laundry capri, and I like that slightly better (the NYL pair has racing stripes).

The tights arrived quickly. The fabric and construction are outstanding. I am five feet tall and weigh 100 pounds, and I wear XS in Nike running tights. I bought the CW-X Tights in size XS. They were so tight I couldn't breathe. I will return them and re-order in SMALL. I gave four stars because of the size issue.

Ran a 10K

I just ran a 10K in these and they are awesome. When I run I feel so supported like my legs have a sports bra on. Before I started running in CW-X my hips would start bother me towards the end on my run and now I don't have those pains. I would get the full length so my calves would have support but it is tooo hot in Texas. The 3/4 are perfect for hot weather.

Pricey, but Worthwhile

If you're going to be logging long miles (ie marathon training) then these tights will be a very useful foundation piece for your running wardrobe.
The 3/4 length makes them versatile, I have comfortably run in them in weather ranging from 30-60 degrees F. I usually toss a pair of running shorts on over these, but only because I run along the road and prefer having a bit more coverage over my posterior. There is no problem with chafing at all as long as you remember to actually tie the waist, otherwise they may slip down slightly.
My legs feel like they are getting better circulation with the compression from these tights, and the firm support across the abs and lower back is a reminder to watch my posture and form. I've been able to run 4 or 5 miles the day after doing a leg workout, and the nagging soreness went away during my warmup. I tend to sit around the house in these for at least half an hour after cool down, and stretch and enjoy the way these feel.
These are too expensive for me to justify more than one pair, so I rinse mine out in the shower with me, and they are dry by the next morning. I toss them in the washer about once a week (after 4 or 5 runs), and they're holding up beautifully.
I was skeptical about purchasing these, but had heard enough positive reviews that I tried them, and I have been very happy with that choice.

Cool during a hot run

I ran in my new pair last night and I stayed nice and cool through the terrible heat. These are thin, but perfect for all weather conditions. They almost feel like a second skin or like I'm not wearing anything at all, except you can feel the stiffness of the reflective strip. It doesn't irritate, but you can feel the stiffness. It did however get less stiff the more I ran. I got the grey pair and now that I've tried them out, I plan on getting the black pair.

Decent running capris

These capris fit nicely and stay put; however the reflective strip is "sharp" but I don't think it will be a problem during a run. As another reviewer stated, they are slightly sheer. I learned this the hard way and will never wear them during a spin class EVER again.

"for running"... Really?

These pants are very, very cute, really - but I would never wear them for running. They material is slippery and a bit ill-fitted, not like any other self-proclaimed running pants I have ever worn. There is no compression like I am accustomed to having in running pants, especially at this price. And they are really for warmer days, not cooler because I can feel the breeze through these pants. I was expecting a little more, but these are pretty much the same as the the gym pants that I paid $20 for, just with more shine, a prettier design and color. They aren't what I had expected by reviews, and there is an extra pocket not mentioned which isn't a big deal but I thought it was a little strange that it would have a rear zipper pocked and an internal pouch (like you would normally find in running shorts) right next to that pocket. It looks funny having that extra bulge on your butt. I won't buy another pair of these, but I will still use these to work out in because of they are cute (go ahead and say it: vanity!). These are not for the performance runner. I will stick to Nike, UA and Adidas for running pants.

good stuff

I bought these knickers because the weather is getting slightly cooler, but it wasn't cold enough for full length tights and too cool for shorts during some of my runs. I received these and love that there was a compression-like feel that offered support for my leg muscles, but not too restricting. Some of the tights that I looked at the fabric seemed too thin and somewhat see-through. These knickers felt like it was of more substantial material. The length on me is just perfect. I am 5'4" and it hits me midcalf.

love to run in these

All the females in my family now has a pair of these knickers. The fit is solid. The fabric is stretchy enough to mold the leg and buttock muscles tightly. I feel that I don't jiggle as I jog/run and it mentally helps me feel fitter. Washes really easily. The pocket in the back holds my carkeys, phone and money for my Starbucks after my morning run. It holds the ipod that my kids love to use while exercising. I use them for my pilates class and my instructor loves the lines on the side so we can get the 90 degree angle for my bent knee. I would purchase a pair again.

Quality of the product is great, while fitting comfortably on the arm; however, when temperatures were warm with humidity in the air, had caused the plastic face on the band to be ineffective with my phone. The screen was full of moisture to the point I could not use the buttons, and nor was my phone working properly until I had reset the battery.

Plus it was lightly sprinkling out, but nothing that I haven't ran in before with my phone in a different holder that was more exposed to rain.

Nice product all in all!

This product is very comfortable to wear, and is good if you need to have an armband that offers protection without feeling like your wearing combat gear. However, along those lines the clear plastic portion of the armband does seem kinda cheap and I am not sure how this product will hold up for the long haul...also, the clear plastic does make it difficult sometimes to scroll through music and change volume (not enough to complain about, but just enough to make mention of). Overall, I am happy with this product.

This product works well as far a being able to hold the Pre. It's not the easiest to get in and out of the sleeve, but it works and holds it securely.

I ordered this for use with my Palm Pre based on the comments of others. It works extremely well, fits the Palm Pre perfectly. The cord holder is a good idea and works great. To top it off, it's very comfortable to wear.

Nice armband

Needed an armband for my Ipod Video so I can listen while I ride my mountain bike. This works nice. Only thing that would improve it is some velcro. Kinda hard to tighten it when it is around your arm. Some velcro there would be a great improvement. It holds nice and I can use the Ipod while it is still in this case. Just need to take it out to charge.

I bought this armband and the very first time I used it, the Velcro piece fell off. I was able to secure it again using other adhesives.

I guess that is what you get for $4.

You Get What You Pay For.

I got this item back in October. Its comfortable. The strap is long
enough to fit larger than normal arms, and navigating through the
ipod was easy. This armband is great for those who workout occasionally.
Or for people who's arms are normal size / thinner.

Because I run and lift weights regularly, the armband wore out much
faster than it should have. It lasted 6 months before it tore apart completely.

So, I would recommend The TuneBelt armband w/extender which will
run you $15 and is much more durable.

I love this lightweight Ipod Nano armband. It is the cheapest of the available products I saw, and at the same time the most useful. The Velcro concerned me in the description, but it seems to me like it was the best idea. It holds well and because it is Velcro, it also is very easy to take off or take out the Ipod. Great product, worth more than it sells for.
