For 4 decades, I've been pretty much a barbell and power rack kind of guy. But this Power Wheel from Lifeline is the real deal. I've done just about every ab exercise there is (and there are a few good ones), but the Power Wheel provides the best ab workout I've ever had. And it does it without hurting the lower back, neck, etc. Don't overlook the fact that this works more than the abs; it provides a good hamstring workout, too. <br /> <br />This is a quality product, and the big wheel works on concrete, wood, carpet, and even grass. I’m not one to waste money on the exercise gadgets you see on TV everyday. For 4 decades, I’ve been pretty much a barbell and power rack kind of guy. But this Power Wheel from Lifeline is the real deal. I’ve done just about every ab exercise there is (and there are a few good ones), but the Power Wheel provides the best ab workout I’ve ever had. There are plastic liners in the seat assembly, one of which was broken when it arrived, the other shortly lost the little dot that held it in place. They were not mentioned in the instructions and keep the handle assembly from "sliding" down the rear assembly. This also makes adjustment impossible. Our other bike adjusts by way of the bottom bar which is easier for us. It arrived on time and in good condition except for the plastic liner. It took both of us about an hour to assemble, most of which time was trying to "slide" the handle assembly. Also, due to weather, the help line was closed until too late for us. not quite there

I was looking for an elliptical trainer but my living space is not large and I was concerned about getting something to fit in my bedroom. I bought this folding model and it is perfect for me. I can easily open it for use in the morning then fold it up and put it aside in the corner of the room. It has all the features I want and need and feels really comfortable and easy to use. I recommend it.
