One exercise "gadget" that works
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I'm not one to waste money on the exercise gadgets you see on TV everyday. For 4 decades, I've been pretty much a barbell and power rack kind of guy. But this Power Wheel from Lifeline is the real deal. I've done just about every ab exercise there is (and there are a few good ones), but the Power Wheel provides the best ab workout I've ever had. And it does it without hurting the lower back, neck, etc. Don't overlook the fact that this works more than the abs; it provides a good hamstring workout, too.

This is a quality product, and the big wheel works on concrete, wood, carpet, and even grass. I recommend the Power Wheel without reservation.

not quite there
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
We have two related problems with this bike. There are plastic liners in the seat assembly, one of which was broken when it arrived, the other shortly lost the little dot that held it in place. They were not mentioned in the instructions and keep the handle assembly from "sliding" down the rear assembly. This also makes adjustment impossible. Our other bike adjusts by way of the bottom bar which is easier for us. It arrived on time and in good condition except for the plastic liner. It took both of us about an hour to assemble, most of which time was trying to "slide" the handle assembly. Also, due to weather, the help line was closed until too late for us.

great bike but...
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I love pedaling on this bike but it's hard to find an in between in the levels when you turn the knob. It seems to go either easy or hard for resistance. Also when we first started using it and put more resistance on there was a burning smell.

Ab Lounge Workout
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I think this product is great for working out at home when do don't want to go outdoors or to a gym. It's convenient, simple and it doesn't take up a lot of space. It's great for losing tummy fat and build strong muscles in the arms.

avoid at all cost
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
i have purchased dozens and dozens and dozens of items from amazon, but this is the first review i've writen. first off, kudos to moncresto. i ordered from him, and had the item very quickly and in perfect condition. kudos.

this thing sucks. truly. my brother has one of the older models and it operates very smoothly. this thing is clunky, jerky, crappy. the stretch bands for the arm workout -- extra poor. i threw them away even before i started to try and use the actual machine. they stretch very easily for the first 8 inches, then stop. no middle ground on resistance. green light, red light -- nothing in between.

the side arms never tighten enough to where you can't move them with the slightest touch. i guess super glue would work but then you couldn't slide it under the bed.

my wife is 5'4" and thought this was over-sized for her.

on the upside, the mesh is better than the older models. if you're large-hipped, there is plenty of room. i'm not, so this feels like a huge hammock slung up in old collapsible aluminum lawn chair.

i'm chunking this in the trash.

Power Wheel: no home gym/office gym should be without
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This is another extraordinary piece of equipment made by Lifeline. The simple fact is that there are instances where only a specialized piece of exercise equipment can do the best job in hitting certain muscles in a certain way. There is no substitute for Power Wheel pikeups, or certain animal movements. I consider the Power Wheel to be one of the top 3 pieces of exercise specific equipment a person could have. Plus it can be used as an ab wheel....two birds with one stone. And it is $25 less than the "Ab Grinder."

Great bike!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I purchased the bike a few weeks ago and I love it! The bike was delivered on schedule and arrived in good condition. It took my husband and I about an hour to put it together and it works perfectly. It's quiet, comfortable, the seat position is easily adjusted and the monitor is easy to read with speed, distance, time, calories and pulse rate. I'd definitely recommend it.

I really like the folding feature
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I was looking for an elliptical trainer but my living space is not large and I was concerned about getting something to fit in my bedroom. I bought this folding model and it is perfect for me. I can easily open it for use in the morning then fold it up and put it aside in the corner of the room. It has all the features I want and need and feels really comfortable and easy to use. I recommend it.

Looks better than it functions ...
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
Overall, I love the appearance of the bike - kind of funky. It is sturdy and comfortable, except for the handlebars. Absolutely terrible handlebar design! There is no way to comfortably rest your thumb or hands on the pulse sensor without ending up with your wrists aching. I tried flipping the handlebars both ways, and it doesn't improve either way. The sensors should have been placed on the ends of the handlebars. The electronics work -- but if you must wear bifocals, it will be next to impossible to read it. I eventually learned the positions of the screen layout and what works for me, so it's no longer important for me to be able to read the tiny, tiny print. There's not many bells and whistles, but I only paid $199 on clearance. I'm not sure I would be happy if I had paid full price. But gee! It looks good in my modern, Zen living room.
